Veterinarian — High-Volume Spay/Neuter & Community Medicine
We are seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about community medicine, surgical care, and team development. This role offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality, high-volume surgery and preventive care — without the demands of traditional general practice.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working efficiently, values consistency, and is committed to mentoring support staff.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-volume spay and neuter surgeries with strong surgical outcomes
- Participate in low-cost vaccine and preventive care clinics
- Oversee anesthesia protocols and ensure patient safety
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Mentor and train veterinary assistants in surgical prep, patient care, and workflow
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient clinic operations
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000–$160,000 per year, based on experience
- Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM — no weekends, no after-hours emergency care
- Sign-on bonus available, based on experience and commitment

Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree required
- Active Indiana veterinary license, or ability to obtain
- Experience in high-volume or community practice preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Interest in teaching and developing support staff
