Wish List

As a nonprofit clinic, Pets Alive relies on the generosity of our supporters to keep our surgery fees low and accessible to everyone. The items listed below are the most important items needed to help care for the animals in our service. You can grab items from home and drop them off during our office hours – 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday. Or you can conveniently gift items from our Amazon Wish List! Financial donations are, of course, welcome as well!

To help with extra cleaning to protect our staff, patients, and customers from COVID-19, Pets Alive is also asking for donations of hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and sprays, and paper towels.

Cat Food

We feed cats as they recover from surgery, and we perform an average of 80 surgeries every day, so we go through lots of food. That means we feed about 80 animals every day! The pate wet cat food offers the most moisture, which keeps cats well hydrated. That’s especially important when they are recovering from surgery. But we also need dry cat and kitten food as well. Dog Food

We feed dogs as they recover from surgery, and we perform an average of 80 surgeries every day. That means we feed about 80 animals every day! The pate wet dog food offers the most moisture, which keeps dogs well hydrated. That’s especially important when they are recovering from surgery. But we also need dry dog food as well. Smaller sized kibble is ideal, since we feed dogs of many shapes and sizes! Buy dog food here.

Trash Bags

As a surgery facility, we are constantly cleaning! Every day, we go through 14 trash bags – one for each surgery table, plus additional in the dog and cat kennel rooms. Our staff members clean every inch of the facility to ensure the safety of the pets we serve, and that means we are always in need of trash bags and cleaning supplies. Buy trash bags here.

Blankets and Towels

When cats and dogs come out of surgery, they’re quite cold. We use these to help them stay warm as they recover. Beach towels are our favorite due to their size, but any towel is helpful. Blankets of all sizes are also appreciated, but comforters can be stuffed with poly-fill which can be dangerous for the animals. We also appreciate sheet donations. We need flat sheets, not fitted, and our patients are extra grateful for flannel sheets!

Cleaning Products

It’s important for us to keep things clean for our staff and our patients. Alcohol, dish soap, dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper help us keep our facility clean and everyone healthy. Any brand is much appreciated.
