Vaccine Clinic

These new appointments are 5 minutes only & owners will wait in the lobby for the duration of the appointment.

No exceptions.

We offer vaccinations and microchipping at an affordable cost. We are NOT a full service veterinary clinic. We do not see sick or injured animals. We do not provide heartworm tests or heartworm preventatives. We are happy to provide affordable flea & tick medications that can be purchased at the front desk. 

All cats MUST be in a carrier and all dogs must be on a leash for the safety of everyone. Our vaccine service is open to all members of our community!

Pets over 5 months of age that have not been spayed or neutered are charged an additional $20 Unaltered Pet Fee, consistent with our mission as a spay/neuter clinic.

The Unaltered Pet Fee can then be applied towards that pet’s spay or neuter surgery within the next year.

1. Request your appointment. Complete all of the questions; it is very important that we have both you and your pet’s correct information. Next, select vaccines. If you are unsure which vaccines to choose, please type a note. We can add additional vaccines upon arrival. We ONLY OFFER VACCINES, MICROCHIPPING, and over the counter flea/tick prevention. We must have an email address to email your forms to you to sign once your appointment is approved.
2. We will review the request to schedule.
3. Once we approve the appointment you will receive an email confirmation and the appropriate form (SN Consent for surgery or Vaccine Form for vaccine clinic) will be in the email as a link to open and complete.
4. Complete the forms in their entirety. Please fill in blue answer boxes before you send the form back to the clinic.
5. A deposit is required to hold your appointment(s). If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment and fail to call ahead of time, your deposit will NOT be returned.
